Rose Frame

I used the Close to My Heart Art Philosophy Cartridge to make the 3D roses. The cartridge cuts themin any size I chose and all I had to do was to roll them and then use the Liquid Glass to secure them. I also cut the leaves with the cartridge in a variety of sizes and added the CTMH Opaque Pearls.
The frame was purchased from Michaels and painted.
